Internet Services
Privatel provide wired, wireless or a wired and wireless internet connections to hotels, motels, and lodging institutions.
Privatel brings in a dedicated internet circuit to the property to provide the ideal speed for residents.
All internet connections are firewall and password protected allowing for a safe and secure online experience for residents.
Two Methods of Internet Service:
Cable Modems:
Privatel can provide a state-of-the-art modems complete with ethernet ports to allow for desktop computers and other devices to be connected via an ethernet cable.
The cable modem comes with a built-in wireless router which allows for blanket coverage of the entire apartment/home the modem would be installed in.
Access Points (Hallway Deployment):
Privatel can install Wireless Access Points (WAPs) into the hallway. Guests would access this internet with a secure and unique username and password.
Phone Service
Privatel offers VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) phone service to guests. With a VOIP system, phone services use the modem and internet as opposed to traditional POTS (plain old telephone service) methods of providing phone service/
