Cable Modems:

Privatel can provide a state-of-the-art modem. This modem comes with multiple Ethernet ports to allow for desktop computers, video game consoles and other devices to be connected via an ethernet cable.

The cable modem comes with a built-in wireless router which allows for blanket coverage of the entire apartment/home the modem would be installed in.

Each modem is uniquely password protected to  provide safe and secure connections to residents of the Gated Community or MDU.

Access Points (Hallway Deployment):

Privatel can install Wireless Access Points (WAPs) into the hallway. Residents would access this internet with a secure and unique username and password.

Television Service

And as an added bonus – residents can take their TV anywhere with them! Using the DirecTV App, residents can log in and watch the service you provide on their phone, laptop, or tablet as well as one the road anywhere in the United States.

Residents must have an internet connection in order to use the DirecTV Stream receiver.

Phone Service

Privatel offers VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) phone service to residents. With a VOIP system, phone services use the modem and internet as opposed to traditional POTS (plain old telephone service) methods of providing phone service.

Privatel’s phone service comes equipped with Voicemail, Call Forwarding, Caller ID, and Do Not Disturb features. International calling plans to countries around the world are offered to residents on an individual basis.
